On Tuesday 22nd May, (Week 5), we are having a no-wrap day again. The goal for the day is that we will place absolutely no food wrappings in our bins for the whole day. This means we bring all food to school in re-usable, washable containers and use no glad wrap, paper or foil. The day contributes to children's awareness that we can make choices in our everyday lives which benefit our planet. It can also save families money, as pre-packaged, pre-wrapped food is often much more expensive than home-made snacks and meals, or food taken from large packets and placed in appropriate single serve reusable containers. Please help us and support this initiative next week.
